Polished floor in a glazed lobby
Commercial and industrial cleaning, and pest control

Floor care and treatment

We assess material, condition and traffic level to define the most appropriate cleaning or maintenance cycle for each floor.

In short

Mechanised washing, marble and parquet polishing, carpet washing and treatments matched to the material.

Our approach

Frequencies and hours built on how the spaces are really used.

Before the specification we look at who uses the premises and when: workstations, toilets, common areas, access and opening hours. Frequencies, products and equipment follow from that, with an area manager who oversees the start and the checks.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often.

Short answers to help you before the site visit.

Which treatment does my floor need?+

It depends on the material, finish, wear, type of dirt and traffic. That is why we assess the floor before proposing a work cycle.

Can you run a test before the full treatment?+

When the material or the treatment requires it, we can run a preliminary test in a less visible area.

How often does a treatment need repeating?+

It depends on the material, traffic and routine maintenance: a waxed floor lasts with correct washing and periodic touch-ups; at the site visit we indicate a realistic interval.

How long is the floor out of use?+

Usually a few hours for washing and waxing; marble or parquet grinding and polishing take longer and are planned on closing days or by zones.
