Office and corporate cleaning

We organise office and headquarters cleaning with frequencies, hours and tasks built around how the workplace is actually used.

In short

Ongoing services for company offices, professional studios, receptions, meeting rooms and workspaces.

Our approach

Frequencies and hours built on how the spaces are really used.

Before the specification we look at who uses the premises and when: workstations, toilets, common areas, access and opening hours. Frequencies, products and equipment follow from that, with an area manager who oversees the start and the checks.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we are asked most often.

Short answers to help you before the site visit.

How often should an office be cleaned?+

It depends on the number of people, visitors, washrooms and the standard expected. After the site visit we define a plan that can be daily, several times a week or tailored to the site.

Can cleaning be done outside working hours?+

Yes. We regularly work early in the morning, in the evening or in agreed time slots to keep disruption to the client's activities to a minimum.

Do you also supply hygiene products and consumables?+

Yes. The service can include supplying and restocking paper, soap, bin bags and other consumables, managed together with the cleaning.

Who checks that the work is done properly?+

An area manager carries out periodic checks with a shared checklist and collects any reports; the results are reviewed with the client.

What happens if a cleaner is absent?+

We arrange the replacement with staff already briefed on the site procedures: the service continues and the client does not have to chase anyone.
