Pest and rodent control
Monitoring, prevention and targeted treatments for companies, residential buildings, warehouses and professional premises, organised according to risk and context.
Monitoring and treatment of pests, with planned and documented activities.
Frequencies and hours built on how the spaces are really used.
Before the specification we look at who uses the premises and when: workstations, toilets, common areas, access and opening hours. Frequencies, products and equipment follow from that, with an area manager who oversees the start and the checks.

What it can include
The specification is adapted to the needs of the site. The activities listed are the most common tasks that can be included in the work plan.
Where we work in Lombardy and which other services we can follow on the same site.
Direct presence across Lombardy, multi-site projects assessed case by case. Services from the same area go into the same work plan, with one contact.
The questions we are asked most often.
Short answers to help you before the site visit.
When should a rodent control plan be put in place?+
In sensitive sites, warehouses and areas with possible entry points, a preventive plan with monitoring is better than acting only after a sighting.
Do you provide reports of the work?+
Yes. Where the service includes it, we document the points checked, the work carried out and practical recommendations for the client.
Is the work safe for people and pets?+
We use registered products and closed, tamper-resistant bait stations; treated areas are marked and re-entry times communicated before the work.
Do I need an ongoing plan or is a single treatment enough?+
An active infestation needs a targeted treatment; for restaurants, residential buildings and warehouses a monitoring plan with periodic checks and a logbook is advisable, and often required by health inspections.
A precise proposal starts with a good site visit.
