Supporting services

Snow emergency and gritting

We keep entrances, paths and car parks accessible through the winter with an agreed snow plan: weather monitoring, preventive gritting and snow clearing when it snows.

In short

A snow plan with on-call teams, preventive gritting and clearing of entrances, footpaths and car parks.

Our approach

A service with a written scope and hours.

For supporting services we define what is included, when we intervene and who is on call, so the service fits in with cleaning and maintenance without grey areas.
