Post-construction and one-off cleaning
We prepare spaces for handover after building or renovation work, with a dedicated sequence for fine dust, residues and surfaces.
Clean-up after building work: fine dust, residues, deep washing and handover of the spaces.
Frequencies and hours built on how the spaces are really used.
Before the specification we look at who uses the premises and when: workstations, toilets, common areas, access and opening hours. Frequencies, products and equipment follow from that, with an area manager who oversees the start and the checks.

The questions we are asked most often.
Short answers to help you before the site visit.
When should post-construction cleaning be done?+
Ideally after dusty work is finished and before final fitting-out or handover, so that every surface can be cleaned more effectively.
Do you also remove paint or building residues?+
We assess the type of residue and the material underneath, then use compatible products and methods, with preliminary tests when needed.
How quickly can you intervene?+
It depends on the area and the state of the site: after the visit we indicate the days and team needed, coordinating with the works manager for handover.
Do you dispose of the leftover materials?+
We remove light building residues and dispose of them according to the rules; for large quantities or special materials we coordinate with the contractor and authorised operators.
A precise proposal starts with a good site visit.
